As of September 1, 2013, Caelen's expected time of arrival is on or about January 19, 2014.  These matters are always subject to change, as many of you well know - especially those who have unexpectedly had babies at home, or in the backseat of a taxi or family car on the way to a hospital. In an effort to avoid any such excitement, Mom & Dad will not be traveling more than a few minutes from their North Carolina home - and more importantly, the hospital in Chapel Hill - after mid-December.
We are inviting all Clan Colquhoun members, and any other interested parties, to follow and post on this blog. If you want to say an early hello to the future Caelen,  or if you want to  be kept up to date as Caelen prepares for launch, here is the place to leave your comment.  Thank you for your interest!

Congratulations mom and dad, and congratulations Caelen! I can't wait to see allllllll the baby pictures! Caelen, your dad has taken amazing photos of my children for almost 18 years. Looking forward to the next 18 years of photos.

500 pics by now? Ha! Only if I could take them in my sleep, or while tending to bottles and other essentials demanded by a newborn. After a week I am finally coherent enough to post an update to the blog...with one photo, at least. btw...weren't you one of those people who told me that newborns just eat and sleep? You and your infamously wicked sense of humor...

Hoping Caelen is doing well.
Have a look at the report that two others and I wrote about Kilpatrick-Colquhoun-Calhoun DNA RJGG.
You will read that the first Kilpatrick whose children became Colquhoun was not a Celt or a Norman or a Viking but a Thracian.
Best regards
Ross Kilpatrick
